A team is selected internally
Matched against verified skills, certifications, ratings, and availability across the network.

You're introduced to that team
Only the selected members — typically 1 to 5 — are involved. No one else in the network is contacted.

You contract directly with them
Cyber Shuriken facilitates the match; the engagement itself is between you and the selected members.
Members are independent professionals, not Cyber Shuriken employees. They are not guaranteed work and are selected project by project. Cyber Shuriken is not a party to the resulting engagement.
